We have been supplying carbon fiber to hobbiests, motorsports enthusiasts and knifemakers since 2002.  Because aquire our carbon from aerospace companies as their manufacturing excess we can offer it at amazing prices, sometimes even lower than the actual manufacturing costs.  This is what allows us to pass that savings on to our customers, our prices and quality are unrivaled.  We specialize in only Aerospace grade carbon fiber that surpasses the quality of anything else available to the public.   We are proud to be the only manufacturers of Marbled Carbon Fiber™ and have made our way into creating some unique items along the way.  Our products have been featured in EVO Magazine, on CNN, Gizmodo, and just about every gadget and luxury site on the web.

Our material of choice is 100% solid aerospace grade carbon fiber made using the VARTM method which ensures there are no air bubbles or voids. The epoxy system is an anhydride system capable of sustaining heat in excess of 500 degrees for over 1000 hours before sustaining any structural damage. Our most common thickness of .3" has a tensile strength rating of 1.8 KSI, that's 1.8 million PSI on a test piece of 1" x 12" x .3".
Our products start out being designed and rendered fully in 3D in a CAD environment. This allows us to have complete control over all quality aspects of the design and make any tweaks and adjustments for customization within the program to fully test the functionality of all components before the physical build. We are then able to import and translate all that project data into a series of CAM programs for our state of the art CNC machinery that delivers a near 100% accurate representation with tolerances of .0005". Machining carbon fiber is one of the hardest and most difficult jobs in the machining world due to the physical properties of the carbon fiber itself and the nature of composites which is why it is still not a widely used material outside of a few very specialized industries. All of our machines are outfitted with specially designed Diamond tooling and are set up specifically for carbon fiber. Our production facility meets and succeeds at the highest aerospace production standards.
After all the components have been fabricated the next step is finish work and assembly, all done by hand. The techniques vary depending upon the desired finish but we use only the finest materials available such as a completely nontoxic but incredibly resilient food safe coating that takes a total of three weeks of application and cure time to a range of cutting edge ceramic clear coats designed for firearms that are extremely durable in all extreme conditions to match the performance of the carbon fiber.
