They are CNC machined for a precision taper and hand finished while crafted from a solid block of only the
highest quality aerospace carbon fiber featuring proprietary technology with a food safe coating. They are 9" long .3"
width to a .3" diameter at the end of a 4.5" taper down to .1" on the tip.

We make our items from solid blocks of carbon fiber and we also offer the raw carbon fiber in sheets at wholesale
costs. What sets us apart is that every thing we sell is made from solid carbon fiber where as most carbon fiber products
out there are just a thin layer of real carbon over some inferior and ultimately cheaper material. We use aerospace grade
carbon fiber vacuum infused with a high temp epoxy resulting in a tensile strength of 1.8 million PSI (using standard test
specimen of 1" x 12") and making it heat resistant to over 500°. We have numerous projects in development as
well as some new carbon fiber material variations coming out very soon.
This aerospace
grade carbon fiber can withstand extreme temperatures and has a tensile strength of 1.8 million PSI (using standard test specimen
of 1" x 12") . Our proprietary clear coating process is 100% non toxic and water based as well as completely food
safe. This means absolutely no chemicals are used in our manufacturing process. Because of no chemicals, this coating needs
to be baked on at high temperatures and that's where we have the technological edge, being able to use our high temp carbon
fiber in combination with our high temp clear coating. It is only through the use of these two unique yet compatible materials
that allows us to fuse them together to form an absolutely beautiful product that looks good enough for display and tough
enough for every day use, they're even dishwasher safe.
